3. Onsite Service Support (Within 48 Hours)

Once your complaint is registered:

  • We will arrange a service engineer visit within 48 hours
  • The engineer will inspect and attempt to resolve the issue at your site

4. Replacement (If Issue Is Not Resolved)

If the issue cannot be resolved during the onsite inspection, a replacement will be approved.

  • All shipping costs will be borne or reimbursed by us, as communicated during the process

6. Refund Policy

We follow a No Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances
  • Resolution is offered strictly via service support or replacement

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
